Our three types of grains are grown by the Harvey Family and come 100% from L'Isle-aux-Coudres, from sustainable agriculture.
The grinding is done on a stone mill according to ancestral processes.
Storage of flour
Our 100% natural flour has been ground on a stone mill. It does not contain any additives or preservatives.
We recommend storing it in the freezer in an airtight container to preserve its quality.
