Whole wheat flour

Offered in two varieties:

Wheat flour - 85%:

Comparable to commercial unbleached flour. Ground more finely and composed of fine grains (re-molding).

Wheat flour - 90%:

Comparable to commercial whole flour. Finely ground and made from larger grains (wheat bran).
